For comparison, here are the same games from before the seasons started -- showing how USF's improvement (and wins) come across.

  • UAB 68.8% - USF 31.2%   ... USF + 16.2%
  • FAU 54.1% - USF - 45.9%   ... USF + 15.5%
  • UConn 56.3% - USF 43.7%   ... USF + 21.6%
  • Mem 77.9% - USF 22.1%   ... USF +4.3%
  • USF 60.2% - Tem 39.8%   ... USF +19.7%
  • UTSA 79.2% - USF 20.8%   ... USF +13.7%
  • USF 64.1% - Char 35.9%   ... USF +4.5%

So if I'm reading that right, one of only two games we were expected to win before the season was against a team that destroyed us enough last year to put the final nail in the coach's coffin?? I'm not getting it .....

USF is 3-2 after week5... and still ESPN's computer is not sold on the Bulls on the road.  the Matchup Predictor has USF favored to win all three remaining home games BIG (60%+).   It will be interesting to see where Vegas puts USF next week against UAB.

  • UAB 52.6% - USF 47.4%
  • USF 61.4% - FAU 38.6%
  • USF 65.3% - U Conn 34.7%
  • Mem 73.6% - USF 26.4%
  • USF 79.9% - Tem 20.1%
  • UTSA 65.5% - USF 34.5%
  • USF 68.6% - Char 31.4%

USF is 3-3 after week 6... and still ESPN's Matchup Predictor still has USF favored to win all three remaining home games plus the game in Hartford...  I think everyone here would take 7-5 in Golesh's first season.

  • USF 56.0% - FAU 44.0%
  • USF 54.1% - U Conn 45.9%
  • Mem 76.6% - USF 234%
  • USF 78.2% - Tem 21.8%
  • UTSA 72.0% - USF 28.0%
  • USF 62.9% - Char 37.1%

Yes that’s why we are averaging close to 40 points a game in conference. What we lack are better players to run it. Our offense isn’t the big issue here

It's the turnovers that are a killer. They beat us by three scores. We had three turnovers 🤷‍♂️. That said, again, we have a young QB that is learning on the job.

Does the Bowl game count in this?

I'm wondering if @WoolyBully @flsportsfan83 and @CousinRicky still think the above statement is  ?
