I hate to feel this way about anyone but he really should be fired already.  I get there is a lot more to the job than winning but you can't be irrelevant in all the major sports.

I’m sticking with Mike Brey. Son and his family live in Bradenton. You know Michael Kelly probably knows him from his time working in the ACC office. He checks all the boxes for us. If Kelly talks to Brey and he’s interested, that’s a slam dunk in my book. Hire him and we’re +.500 next season.
