Not really calling anybody woke or anything here, but just suggesting that its difficult/nearly impossible to find a known/successful coach that doesn't have some aspect that will upset some people.

It's the right decision. I wish Gregory the best and I thank him for all the hard work he put in. Its too bad it didn't work out, but I will always respect and like him.

Where I am from, we go after the coaches when they milk millions and fall flat on their face, Mike G, where are you to back me up. Brad, if we don’t show our absolute disgust with this then we are accepting trash, we need to nut up and bring some heat on these guys giving us few wins while walking away with millions.

His (complete lack of) performance on the field is why he had the shortest tenure of any USF coach.

Every team had to coach during the pandemic. The other Jeff is a winner Jeff Traylor that is. He didn't use covid as an excuse  to lose and  instead he won his way up  from CUSA to the AAC conference. We sucked and failed under CJS costing us any shot at the big12 expansion . The football program was in worse shape then when Scott took over. Jeff Scott did more for Temple  then USF by forcing them to fire their coach after losing to Scott and the next guy improved their football team.

Coaches should be judged on wins, championships, conference titles, and excitement they bring to the program. Jeff made millions to be the worse FBS coach in modern football. I can't hate him for conning his way into an extension and more money because he was a nice guy.

Going above 0.500 at USF in football and basketball is seen as a major success at this point. SAD BUT TRUE.
