UT fan here. No he isn't the main play caller. They did share the duties. He's a great recruiter. He's great at finding mismatches in the defense. Overall your getting a good coach. UT fans are gonna miss him. I think it's a solid hire.

I’m staying optimistic to see how our off-season goes with assistant hires and transfers. Just happy CAG is here immediately and not pull the bs that CJS did when he got hired.

Yes well said. And USF beat the 12/5/22 deadline goal so they got that right too

Not flashy at all, but in the end, that is not what will matter. Win and all will be forgiven.

This hire reminds me of two recent HC hires.

1) Jeff Scott

2) Mike McDaniel

Let’s hope this turns out more like the latter than the former.
