I just wanted SOMETHING to be excited about again. I didn't want to have to wait and see what someone might do. Potential scares me right now. There wasn't one head coach that we could poach?

I would hope so. I would consider it to be like returning an item at a store. It's been unused. If they don't refund me I'll throw an absolute fit to them every day for the next 9 months.

For the record, the rest of college football loves this hire. We are the only fan base that does this to ourselves. We take a fine hire, trash it, cancel our support, and wonder why we can't have nice things. Enough.

I don't see a big difference between this hire and the Scott hire other than the new guy didn't win a national championship.

Clemson fans and national media said essentially the same thing about Scott. Not saying Golesh won't end up being a good hire, but this seems to be a case of trying the same thing over and expecting a different result.
