A bit out of context here, but this reminded me of the corporate CEOs that were given bonuses to oversee the bankruptcy of the corporations they were charged with running.

And I don't think anyone has ever said that.  Probably the only thing that has been said is that the OCS will help with attendance and building the fan base and with gaining entry into a P5.  Of course everyone wants to win as well
