Can we have more clarity on the tiers in the Collective? VIP access? early access? Priority access? They all sound very similar. However- there is a  big price difference in some of those levels?

What am I getting for $200 vs $100? I know it’s new and they are probably still figuring it out. I truly am confused on the whole thing and just want to understand. I can’t be the only one who is not versed on this.

I am surpised these college athletes have not made some version of non x-rated only fans where they charge the fans a monthly subscription to see practices, facilities, interviews etc..

When you said X rated I thought you might be going somewhere else with your point.

I think those are essentially the tiers that they are showing on the Fowler Avenue Collective website.  It looked like a tiered Patreon-type subscription with different access levels and perks.

I am talking about the players doing it on their own as well.

So, am I right about this? Athletes get an education, room and board, clothing, and a travel stipend all tax free? Now they'll get NIL money handed to them, will that also be tax free?

I read on twitter this wasn't ready for launch when it was discovered.

Should we hold off on signing up at the site? Or its launched enough for to start paying the $10 a month?

NIL money is definitely NOT tax free.  They will have to pay income tax on that money as "independent contractors".  "Appearance fees" are taxable income.

Even here, @Brad will have to send a 1099 to any athlete that gets more than $600 from The Bullspen NIL.

I wonder how long one of these genius politicians want to force  pay taxes on the other free provided they got on scholarship stuff because It is form a compensation? Also what happened if the star qb or rb is getting all the money bags and he isn't sharing it with his oline, do they stop blocking for him to make a point ?

This pretty much puts thing out in the open more so I’m sure the IRS may come calling at some point. So you can see why Bama was crying about the NIL as now their under the table  cheating won’t be as beneficial to them as others teams will offer more lol
