I welcome any big invite. Question to everyone, would you rather B12 or ACC ?

I'd prefer ACC so we don't have to deal w/ the gnats as much.

our inability to get into real conference says otherwise

Its not an inability, it was a historic unwillingness to do the work. We have plenty ability.

We also now have the willingness.

Right now is the Big12 or stay in AAC. Those thinking the ACC are dreaming, as long as Miami and FSU are there.

The Tampa market is golden only if people actually watch.

People in Tampa will watch if they perceive what they are watching to be major-league entertainment.  A P5 conference has the perception of being major league.  Any conference in the G5 is perceived to be minor league.  It comes with the territory of being in a pro-sports town.

So people don’t enjoy watching us lose to whoever is in this conference, week in and week out?

We could go undefeated in this conference year in and year out, and most people in Tampa wouldn't care.  You think anyone in Tampa is going to care if the Tampa Bay Bandits go undefeated this season?

I think most people wouldn’t care but it would be nice to at least test that theory, we have more than enough data to know no one has any interest in a team that loses to teams they have never even heard of before.

It's not even close ..... better away games accessibility, better basketball (to attract higher profile coaches) and the most important reason:

Might as well swipe that Big 14 and Big 16 name before someone else does.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
