Where is Gonzalez, the guy that did the sham investigation on Leavitt?  He was their handyman on multiple cases that required poor ethics and a predetermined outcome.

Until the University expelled him... can't be on scholarship if you're not a student.

He is more a slip and fall, better call Saul kinda of lawyer so not really his area of expertise however he does offer a unique perspective.  This is a classic fishing expedition trying to make a quick buck out of court.  I would love for the girl to sue him in civil court and take whatever money he shakes down the University for. I am normally sympathetic to the accused that felt he was wronged however if this was his second incident at only 18 (per Trips) then too much smoke in my opinion not to be fire.  No winners in this case except for our ex walk on QB who appears to be doing well.  If the guy did nothing wrong I hope he gets paid, however doubt we will ever know.
