This is true but he has been around a lot longer and Scott. He has more contacts and respect I am sure. Outside of Dabo not sure anyone thinks highly of cjs, Scott has become a joke and has done a terrible job coaching and recruiting.  Dabo please take him back and buy him out.

Just saw a tweet that when he left the offices that 3 guys went to meet him.  The other 8 dropped back into coverage.  Thought that was hilarious even though I am totally exhausted today.

The only surprise to me is that I thought Scott was going to wait until the end of the season. Generally firing your DC in season doesn't really help much unless its early in the season. Spencer is now officially the worst DC in USF history and now outranks Breshnahan, Cosh, and Woodie. I don't think it much matters who they hire, at 120th in scoring defense and 125th in total defense (out of 130) things can only go up.

That would be tough to out-Cosh Cosh.  I guess you have to be right though?

That’s pretty dumb, no coach wants to be fired and he is far from guaranteed to get another job…certainly not as as coordinator. We will not loose recruits as he was not the major reason why they were coming here. You pissed and moaned for him to be fired, now that he has you piss and moan some more…keep crying.

Given the reduction in scholarships caused by "the previous one" ... I suspect a large number of non-message-board-types will give him an extra year.  So 2022 should be counted as year 1. 🙂
