The IPF is gonna be a steel building, I would imagine. With a nice facade and some detail work inside. I would think that could be done in 8-9 months. But, who knows.

I think being on campus would increase this tradition.  You have to consider that things will be going on all over the place there once everyone figures it out.

I think these things are mostly steel buildings like warehouses and stuff.  I think they go up faster than traditional concrete or block buildings.  But I'm not an architect or construction engineer,

Odd but pretty amazing. Obviously, it works. Hurricane proof-hmmm? Wonder what the life span of the fabric is in the sun? That thing must have had a pretty healthy price tag on it. Probably easy on the climate control needs since air is such a good insulator. Interesting Very Interesting.
