This morning I head to the sports section with anticipation of a great read thinking a game that ends at 10pm will surely be in the printed version. There is ZERO coverage in the sports section. Not even a "coverage of the Bulls late game is in the online version" as they, of course, did for the lighting on page 1. And on page 2 where they list "State up next", the game with ECU is not there! They list UCF at Temple and Florida vs. Georgia. The hometown team and there is not one mention of USF or the Bulls anywhere, It's all about Mullen getting paid too much. Shameful! GO BULLS! You'd think after all these years there would be some sort of relationship.

The day after the FAMU game, they called it as too late (6p kickoff). That same day, they also excluded the Florida/Bama game that wrapped up shortly after ours started. I understand having a deadline but 10p should never be too late to get a planned story in.

I too loved the paper but I had to protest their hatred for USF by cancelling my subscription.

It's why we get clickbait news now. they are in the business of making money. not surprising they don't have the resources to cover us. and honestly if they don't get the clicks they will stop covering us altogether. USF finds groove on the ground in a record performance The Bulls top Temple 34-14 while setting a single-game school mark for total rushing yards. My guess is that with their limitations due to down sizing people and outsourcing the printing and that it was a late game there was not enough time to get the results of the game in print. Maybe Athletics needs a person that writes the story right after the game and sends it over to TBT??

It was in the on-line version and it read well. Let's win at ECU and see if it kicks starts their interest
