Just sayin.  Don't burn yourself out.

He’s old. Burnt out comes with the territory.

The only reason this guy will push for an OCS is if either himself, his family or his buddies benefit financially from the deal.

Exactly. And honestly, I'm okay with it if there is an opportunity to revitalize the area around campus and there is a net benefit to the university (not clear yet obviously). If one were to speculate at potential high dollar investors, I think these companies and their board members would be a good place to start:

As long as an OCS gets built on the USF campus I don't give a **** if its true purpose is for public executions ala Pinochet. Just give me the **** stadium.

That tends to be why people do things, yes.

Considering USF is splashing this all over social media, it cannot be an accident.

Interesting times to be a USF fan or a YoYo....kinda similar

True enough.  Altruism is a rational construct used to sort certain acts into "good" and "bad" baskets in our minds when, in actuality, motives and actions are seldom so black and white.  History decides and history is usually wrong, too.

Just so I’m clear, if that’s what it takes to get one built, we don’t have a problem with that, do we?

I'm really becoming concerned about you.  Sometimes when you too close to a place for too long, you become "burnt out".  And then its good to step away for awhile.

Not telling you what to do, but just want what's good for your mental health.

Yeah I get it.  Makes no sense.  Consider that I was 3-4 drinks into the Bucs/Cowboys game after 6 days straight of work.  My mind was a little off and I like to have fun with you time to time.  You easily take it in stride most of the time when I'm not an a-hole.
