The only reason this guy will push for an OCS is if either himself, his family or his buddies benefit financially from the deal.

If VInik writes the check, it will be because he will finally get his long awaited move of MOSI to downtown Tampa...which would be a win regardless. The place is still stuck back in the 90s and is in DIRE need of a demolishing and repurposing.

I'm really becoming concerned about you.  Sometimes when you too close to a place for too long, you become "burnt out".  And then its good to step away for awhile.

Not telling you what to do, but just want what's good for your mental health.
