We can't just be playing catch up, building stuff that all the other programs have, but 8 years later. 

We have to think about what the world will look like in 3-5 years and aim for that. We have to go boldly in the correct direction overall, not just sniff out the trail of crumbs our peers are leaving behind emulating their path.

Athletics posted the video on its YouTube page. That video is in another thread on the main board. Glad this was done.

Baby steps, everyone. We need to do our little parts to help shift this culture. No one said it was easy being a USF fan.
