Step #1 is having a clue what you are doing.   I mean lots of teams can say you are going to play from day 1, but if your program is a **** show it isn't going to mean much to legit recruits

Honestly I see athletes all over the field for us . Unfortunately they are all over the field.... I am encouraged by the talent but not by the coaching

It's not like Taggart was winning many games early on while recruiting studs like Flowers, Mack, Adams, etc. 

In fact, we were god awful.
