Wow first time I've been impressed by a video of CJS.

Good to see.

Good job by Coach teams must play with intensity but under control.

In a 45 second video, CJS said “intensity” four times and “discipline” three - I do not think Chuckles uttered either word in three years

Love the on-field instructional moment from CJS

Is this a thread where we say how impressed we are that our football coach doesn't want his own players fighting with each other? That's the new bar to clear?

good teams and bad teams fight with each other so who cares, (which I think was your point).  Practice hard, play disciplined and if you have a good team then you have alpha players who get chippy and go hood which is perfectly acceptable, show me this team executing against a FBS team well and I will put CJS on my shoulders.

Compared to the former regime, certainly a good first one to clear.

Take it to the point to make both sides mad and back off.
