I have seen people call him Brian and he responds, so I doubt he would take offense to me calling him Mike.

It was as simple as asking him what he preferred. He'll answer to Mike, Brian, etc.  When I heard the people at the Bulls Club refer to him as Michael that was a pretty good hint.

I actually don’t like Pepsi, I just believe in meeting expectations I had neither Pepsi or Coke and was actually remodeling my in home office.
