At any rate, I’m glad this is finally getting off the ground.

I have not seen any renderings of the Football Operations building, so I could not answer if it will include new locker rooms or not. Please bear in mind the multiple teams utilize the LRSAC and have very cramped locker rooms. I would have to think that if the Football Operations has locker rooms, then multiple teams could relocate to a much larger locker room area.
