2. When the season is over, do you pack with the portal for 2021, or play the long game and recruit freshmen?

3. Who do you start at Memphis and what's your game plan?

1. Reps for Johnson.

2. Mostly freshman but a core of transfers to be able to compete a little.

Is there a big market for coaches that didn’t call plays at Clemson, have their team do better without them and can’t manage to do as well a 1/4 as good as Charlie Strong? Asking for a friend. I think the next coach that manages to win a single game against an FBS program and then gets hired at a new head coaching job will be the first but I’m sure there is always someone that likes the awe shucks routine and saying nice things to the media somewhere.

1.  Hire a proven offensive analyst to help Weis put a workable offense together. (Our RB coach's college HC is available to help)

2. Hit the portal strategically. Need at least 2 RBs and 2 or 3 OL to give time for the young lineman to develop physically. Need a few DL for same reason.

3. Start preparing for Houston. It may be winnable. After that, start working on next year. This year is shot.

Didn’t CJS say he didn’t want to bring in transfers and only was doing it under protest? You can’t hire corporate people for a start up or mom and pop shop the strategies and expectations are completely out of sync.

We will be 1-9 this year. We have the worst skillset in the conference. It is terrible to admit but we do not belong in this conference at the moment. We have to really recruit our butt off for next 3-4 years to see a difference down the road. I thought we would turn the page and get back to 4-8,5-7 next year but we dont have any size/strength on either front to compete with anyone.
