A couple of years ago as part of a bigger tour, we got a  few hour tour of Luxembourg City, and it was very cool.

Did they have an indoor practice facility??

Good luck recruiting blue chip college football players with that

We're more like Ecuador - great views but terrible infrastructure and everyone is trying to escape to a better place.

Sounds more like Papillon and we are on Devil’s Island 😀

I personally think USF could be competitive in the Organization for African Unity, we match up well with the other league members, tremendous natural wealth and very poor management.

Gotta rebuild both lines and hopefully develop what we have in the QB room now (Smith Marsh) and hang onto to our current QB verbals. Beyond that most of what's missing has been player development via coaching and the S&C program. The CCS era is about the only time in my Fandom that I can't recall a single player showing significant improvement physically as well as a player. CJL and CWT especially showed this, Skip too to an extent, but the CCS era was a dead zone of player development. It doesn't matter what you recruit if you can't coach em or build em up physically.

So true....none improved a huge amount. Majority seemed to have plateaued.

Scott has his work cut out fixing the mess Strong did here.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
