What do you want to see today?

Besides an injury free Bulls victory, of course. 

I'll start 

Energy and enthusiasm on both sides of the ball for 4 quarters 

An improved and in control Jordan McCloud 

An offensive line that looks consistently competent 

Somebody, anybody, step up and make plays at DE 

An offense that actually plays with good tempo and gets the ball to its playmakers consistently 

Specials teams that aren't an "adventure" every time they take  the field

I want to see an offense that gets the ball out of the qb's hand quickly

I want to see solid tackling

Brad Cecil and the O-Line to ratchet it up.  If they can give whoever is QB 2 more seconds, things should develop down field.

Solid, consistent drives from the offense.

Enthusiasm, and a “turnover chain”, from the defense.

High energy, and a culture change from the coaches.

Offensive flow and creativity in play calling 

Hopefully the vanilla is gone for good

Good special teams

Receivers catch the ball consistently

Crisply run offense. No dumb/pre-snap penalties. Disciplined football...less than 6 penalties would be a huge improvement over the last few years.

Good situational play calling on both sides of the ball.

On defense, players in the correct position to make plays. (Would not be ideal, but as long as they are in the position, I can live with poor tackling this game since they have had limited practice time this year)

Good and smart clock management from the coaching staff

I am looking more at improved performance and direction from the coaching staff over what we have seen the last few years.

I don't want to see over and over again first down up the middle runs. 

I would like to see creativity on offense that utilizes a lot of players.

On defense I want to see the swarm to the ball.  

Overall players supporting each other on the field and on the sideline.
