About $2 million loan...

I know it's none of my business but why the need for such an expensive house? Seems like an unnecessary source of stress especially since being a head coach is all new to him(which is much more stressful than an assistant)

His total mortgage is less than his annual salary.  Not sure what stress that brings.

These coaches host the players at their homes very often. Not sure about the need for all the bedrooms but a large living area with outdoor space will come in handy.  But part of me wonders the same thing re: the large amount of money.

This is the equivalent of someone making $100,000 a year, buying a house for $100,000, putting down $20,000, and having a mortgage for $80,000.
