Been there before when Lovie and Maryanne lived there.  Funny thing, Lovie had control over the guard gate of the community. The cameras at the gate were part of his system. Lovie is a nice guy.

Zillow says the HOA fee is over $800 per month and property taxes are over $50K. But, hey, 8 bathrooms and a putting green ain't cheap. 😉
