Our biggest areas of need are competence and engagement. We are filling both IMO

Recruiting is taking off and doing it in the late signing period is impressive.  So far this dude is everything he is cracked up to be.

Also heard him on WDAE on drive home.  Love how is getting out in the community.

i saw him on twitter 4 something am .he is in tenn and going  to miami.  i love the work ethic. a man after my own heart.

Funny joke, but lets not act like we didnt lose mad recruits. Lets also not act like CJS is bringing in a bunch of 4/5 star recruits either. He brought in 4 transfers that didnt get any playing time and a bunch of recruits that was rated lower than CCS recruits. Im actually estatic about the players he brought in, but on paper he hasnt done nothing extravagent. Im happy we have CJS but let the man earn his praise.  Also just b/c somebody was a fans of the previous coaches doesnt mean that they hate or dislike CJS.

A realist!!!

However, let him work the portal to get some lineman and should be fine. Oh, he better get a safety or he will be on the hot seat early.
