This article tells me absolutely nothing about his plans for next year.  In fact, he is really only talking about his commitment to the team for the Clemson playoff run THIS year.  He makes no claims in the article about his future plans for next year.

Why would he come to USF? He would be better off going to a P5 program with a chance to win a national championship.

because he would know the system and terminology

he would have a distinct advantage over other qbs

He would pick up any system the kid is smart and the real deal. No friggin way he comes to USF.

It will be interesting to see what this team will look like prior to the 2020 season. 
 

For example, we didn’t know anything about KJ Sails until May of this year. Who knows who will transfer where.

Why is there is no friggin way?  Why is USF such a terrible option for this young man to finish out his career with one of his Offensive Coordinators who he knows well and probably really likes.

Yes, he definately should get offers from some big P5 schools and if its a great situation for him then I would completely understand him taking that road instead.  But I don't think we are out of the question.

Why is it impossible? He could start for five programs in the P5 that could garner more attention. He could start for a P5 program that could have a legitimate chance to play for a national title (Georgia). This kid is a top 5 QB in the nation (Dabo says #2). Its just wishful thinking believing he would come here.
