The tone I got from the article sounds like he is perfectly content at the #2 spot with Clemson.

Many suspect that Fromme may not be the answer for UGA.

I don’t think many of them live in Athens. And I don’t think he wants that kind of QB battle.

I know three in the athletic department who feel that way (two who are related to me). Don’t know if the coaches feel that way though. Regardless, I don’t see us having much of a chance if he does decide to leave...but would love to be completely wrong.

UGA is 35-7 with Fromm under center and have been to three straight SEC championships (winning one) and a national championship game in that span.

He also posted these numbers

If Fromm comes back, injury is the only thing that keeps him off the field and he's earned that. 

To the point at hand. Fortin coming here pretty much told me we were out of the Brice sweepstakes.

I suspect you are correct but his numbers were down in a few categories. But that could be on a multitude of reasons besides him. I think Fortin could be the real deal for us.

I like Fortin. I also like that he is already on campus.
