Here is Strong's speech ready to toll.

Hey boys we need to get bigger, faster, stronger, and more prepared each game. 4-8 is not acceptable. My coaches and I are  conference winners and you guys are not living up to it. We have championship pedigree and the players are holding us back. I am getting rid of all the problems from the program.
