I don't feel it's relevant if the answer is on staff or available now. If you have a program killer you get rid of him. I don't think anyone on staff can destroy it any more than Charlie and we can hire now or let someone on staff ride out the season and maybe get the locker room back and hire in the off season as usual and not be worse off.

Exactly. Cut out the cancer now. Let someone on staff try to get the locker room back, hire in the off season or keep Bell.

I sort of get the suspension from a CCS point of view. It's UCONN, we will beat them even without Ford, it probably won't hurt chances of winning and will send a message to Ford/the team. However this is part of a pattern of behavior I don't like and if CCS has to be suspending/removing his recruits then he is a terrible judge of talent/character.
