At this rate the entire team might transfer if strong stays

I'm seriously worried about a lot of transfers out if he stays.

I'm sure NEB and triple B will be happy to hear this.

get rid of Ford. He wasn't doing anything anyway. we don't need malcontents on this team!

we can replace him with a walk-on that had no d1, d2, or d3 offers and be just fine!

We hired a $2.5M guidance counselor

I need a counselor because I cannot grieve a loss.  This is difficult for me because all this team does is lose.

Is the answer on staff or available now?

No, yes

I don't feel it's relevant if the answer is on staff or available now. If you have a program killer you get rid of him. I don't think anyone on staff can destroy it any more than Charlie and we can hire now or let someone on staff ride out the season and maybe get the locker room back and hire in the off season as usual and not be worse off.

Cut the cancer out. Don't delay.

You run with Bell the remainder of the year since he has HC experience. Then you do a hard reboot on the program once the season is over.

So the answer is no and we're doing that either way

Seems the greatest mutiny would have already have happened, with the new rules and all.

What are the new rules?  Wondering if/when mass exodus occurs...

Exactly. Cut out the cancer now. Let someone on staff try to get the locker room back, hire in the off season or keep Bell.

I sort of get the suspension from a CCS point of view. It's UCONN, we will beat them even without Ford, it probably won't hurt chances of winning and will send a message to Ford/the team. However this is part of a pattern of behavior I don't like and if CCS has to be suspending/removing his recruits then he is a terrible judge of talent/character.
