All I can say was that this was typical USF. First goal at the one and we get nothing. It’s tough being a fan but I will go on...

The person doing the tackling  is the person doing the targeting.  Common Sense 101. And no, it’s not written to go both ways. It clearly defines  who are defenseless players. Those are people with the ball.

How do you tackle without your helmet hitting someone when the runner lowers his helmet in the path of your helmet?

He was targeting his lower body and the runner moved his head down.

It is what it is... Not happy about loss but we saw capitulation today. We should see steady improvement throughout the rest of season.
