Look at the names in this class, too. That's a ton of whiffs.

That was a class of extremes either the kids were whiffs or were some of the greatest bulls of all time.  There's very little in the middle that are just contributors or ok players.

That means we will be replacing 3 out of 5 defensive coaches.....how do we still have most of the same coaches?

Pardon me, we still have the top two, and no clue who the last two will be. Hopefully not "yes men" and they can show some ability to coach.

Adams and Cogdell were far from yes men and there was some toxic stuff going on behind the scenes that meant we had to part ways with them....   We're much better off without those two and their merry band of malcontents....

The recruiting of CCS has been a disappointment so far. No reason that we shouldn't have a top class in the conference year in and year out.

Really? This program has to be improved by transfers. When you are running 5'7 lightweights against grown men, it will take some time to get talent. Also, you have the budget of a private high school. This new transfer portal will be the lifeline of the future. You no longer have to project measurables for immediate impact players. Most of the time, a team leaving a P5 to come to this level just wants to play. The guys that are recruited here, were in most cases, kids that couldn't play in P5 early, if at all. CCS did the right thing by getting Bell in and dismissing coaches and players, now give him a chance to get this dog off the porch.

CCS has picked up at least 2-3 transfers and 2-3 JUCO players per year since he has been here. I have faith that he will do the same this year. hell we have already hit our JUCO quota for 2019. Now it's wait and see on the grad transfers.

The good were very good, but the bust/non-factor level is pretty high. 12 out of 28.
