It's just an example of what quality is and what can be done.  Instead of aiming for worst possible experience, set some goals.

Didn't state he was the rule.  But you can learn a little by how Iowa does things.

His first two seasons he was 4-19... most of the people on this board would have tied him to a jeep, put a bomb in the back, and pointed it to Orlando...,
