who has better OVERALL athletics programs? USF or C?

I know Football is the big money maker & is therefore all that matters to some (especially today of all days), but which University has the OVERALL better athletics programs when u take them all cumulatively?

u can weight them by importance as u see fit (volleyball may hold more weight than curling, for example), measure them by overall accomplishments or tradition of being competitive,  I just wanted to get a feel for what objective fans think about athletics in general at the 2 schools.

We used to dominate this, now they are clearly on top. In the sports where we excel, they are nipping at our heels. The rest, they are on top.
