We will look good on paper and maybe have a chance at the end of the year because we have more talent than a lot of the other AAC teams, but the offense is regressing and the defense (while improving)

You know, sometimes, things just work out. It feels like the football gods are with us a bit. We could be 1-3 right now. As fans, we have to believe I guess. So far, the team has made big plays to get wins. Maybe the bounces keep going our way until we really hit our stride.

The conference is wide open. UCF, in my opinion, is winning by having better athletes right now. They will be in a few competitive games this year. Houston struggled against Rice and got blown out by TTU.

lots of football to play yet.

"IF" we don't get our crap together we won't win another game all year.  I have to think CCS is happy with our 4th quarter play but we have to be able to put teams away sooner

Yep. Not going for that early 4th and short really set the tone on offense.

It pains me to say this, but unlike last year, we will get destroyed by C. unless something changes in a hurry. All three phases.
