Thought this might happen when they called the game for time.

With FGCU at 74 and UC at 93, even if we win out, we probably won't see the polls again.

Where would we be ranked if we simply won half the Friday games we've lost, I wonder?

we've lost 6 Fridays, 4 Saturdays, and 2 Sundays. 5 mid weeks. I agree that Fridays have shown the most room for improvement. Its supposed to be your best vs their best and we haven't looked very good in those games. In the eyes of the voters, I have to think that matters.

I can't imaging they put that much on what days you win or lose.  Who you beat and lose too yes, but the nights?  Maybe some, but I doubt much.  RPI is more important anyway and we are still at 25 there.  Hitting has sure lacked at times when facing those friday night starters

Biggest dissatisfaction has been with pitching. Especially on Fridays.  It seems like all year we have lost the first game in the series and are forced to battle back on Saturday and Sunday.

I know, but there we are.  1-0 to ucf, 2-0 to fordham, 3-2 to tulane.  Then there's the 1-0 saturday loss to houston and there was an 8-2 to saturday loss to lowly memphis

Are those guys together in the line up? If not you could a 2 or 3 hitting .500 and not score.
