This round goes to Brass.  First of all I wouldn't say there is massive movement on his fastball.  I only saw him pitch 3 times this year but sit right behind the catcher when we go.  Movement is okay.  But if you can't control it then throwing 100+ does you no good.

Meh, 1 round of 10.  I can live with that 

It goes without saying that effectiveness is going to be limited if you can't throw strikes and locate your pitches.  But that being said he's controlled it good enough in 9 out of 12 starts.

lets just see how effective shane is in the postseason and its 8 of 12 QS.... you can say Houston doesn't count all you want but there was still 5 in his ER charged against him. Other wise, whats the point.

3 garbage time runs in a blowout (reliever allowed all 3 inherited runs to score because he got lit up) ...... 9 out of 12 very good starts (8 with 0-1 earned runs).  Only a biased, hater would try to argue differently ........
