Zero unless you believe you can win the AAC this year and win a NY6 bowl. That's really the only way to do it as a G5. 2 year process. Really the 2021 OOC looks very beatable so run the table that year, win the AAC and NY6, and now you're in position because of the teams you play in 2022. That's how Houston almost got in if not for getting tripped up in conference play.

Its definitely a 2 year process for any G6 team to even get close.

ucf was "close" this past season and they didn't have anywhere near that  2022 schedule.  We beat uf, texas, and uL along with run the conference table and we'll be more than "close" in 2022.

of course running that table may be pipe dream

Battle will be a rs senior?, if he takes a redshirt this season and has no other issues.

Seems like things could line up nicely, and if he ran the table he would cement his legend:stirpot:

Luckily, like UCF, we have the AAC.  I have found the positive!

Did I miss the, "What are USF's chances for winning its first conference title?" thread before this one?

Well, they'll have to win that in 2022 or the whole discussion is moot

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
