Just how old ARE you? IIRC, it was already called HCC in the early 70's when we moved to Tampa. And the airport was still in Drew Field...

Claiming Publix for Tampa is a stretch.  Winter Haven/Lakelanders associate more with Orlando than Tampa despite being slightly closer to Tampa.  That would be great to get them aboard though.

Love that we ***** about lack of respect from other colleges and then can't even be bothered to know the name of the local Community College that's been here for 50+ years.

This was announced back in Nov, so I apologize if this is already been announced but TCU is getting another renovation for the stadium. $100 mill more to their stadium.

Interesting notes about the additions:

HOW MUCH DOES THE PROJECT COST AND HOW WILL IT BE FUNDED?

The total estimated cost of the expansion project is $100 million and will be privately donor funded. 

WHAT IS THE PROJECT TIMELINE?

The start of construction is scheduled for June 2018 with the project being completed in August 2019.
