Takes the need to pick up a QB in this upcoming class off the table... worth a gamble.

That's just what we need at QB a statue. It worked so well for us in the past.

Please just pass. "Pun intended".

You can never have too much talent on the roster. Take him.

He can always transfer to WKU and do great things there if we can't play him, so why not grab him? :9_innocent:

I know nothing about him other than he has good size and a legit arm. I haven't read anything that makes me think he lacks the smarts to stick around academically or learn a playbook. So what's the downside? If he decides to come to USF, he sits a year, then he's a RSo. So, by then, you've got a Jr. in Kean and another RSo with Oladokun. I don't get how anyone could say we're set at the position and don't need/want him.

Doubt he comes here if he wants to be a pocket passer. It is possible though. The Baylor Qb's haven't been super mobile since RG 3 left so maybe our OC can work with it. As someone else said, you can never have too much talent. We are not in the position to say no to guys with talent.

There's no place for him at USF.  We're pretty set at QB.

You can never have too many QBs.  I remember losing to Oregon in a bowl game with them starting their fifth string QB.

He's legit.  I know a little about him and he can play.  I look at him much like I did MVS when he came in from NC State.  He was just in a bad place, never diminished from the fact that the kid was, and is still, an excellent QB.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
