Anyone else run the 40 in the past year?  I went to a mock NFL Combine put on by the Miami Dolphins in their indoor practice facility and ran it without any warm up in 4.80...not too bad for 41.

He must have eaten a pizza before he ran.  I expected a 3.7.

John Ross ... and he's a Snoop Football League guy.  And Snoop's an Adidas guy.  Too bad Ross is a Nike guy.

I hope Adams' time gets him some looks. I think he can help someone out, but, the FA WR class is crazy good. If you're a team looking for a "take the lid off" kind of guy, you can take a chance on someone like Adams, but, you can also go out and sign Kenny Stills, or, Ted Ginn, or, Desean Jackson. Sure, those guys will cost more, but, they are proven commodities. Adams best bet is going to be with a bad team that is looking for young and cheap. Unfortunately, a late round pick by one of those teams doesn't get the best shot most of the time.

I disagree.  I think his best shot is with a team with a clear #1 and #2 WR.  He'd get looks at returner and situational WR.

I think the problem Adams will have catching on somewhre is his hands and where and how his productivity came.

He has not proven to be a great route runner or pass catcher  most of his productivity was on sweeps, outside throws behind the line and the little touch pass which is basically a hand off, but he gets credit for a reception.  This all worked great for the team, but doesn't translate well to the next level.

You can't teach speed, but fast guys on both sides of the ball are a dime a dozen in the NFL.

I wish him well  he ended up being a great Bull so I hope someone gives him a shot

You would time my 40 with a calendar.
