You can't teach speed, but fast guys on both sides of the ball are a dime a dozen in the NFL. 

I wish him well  he ended up being a great Bull so I hope someone gives him a shot

I think you nailed it. He's fast, but he's not once in a generation fast. And certainly not fast enough to forget WR have to catch AND hang onto the ball.

Pre-combine, CBS had him as the #44 WR in the class.

...I guess it's something that he's a better WR prospect than a guy who played QB last year.
