I'm in the construction business in South Texas (while also holding my appraisal license for the last decade). That's a beautiful property without a doubt... the inflated Austin market is definitely driving that price tag as the actual construction costs (including the hardscaping) are probably closer to $2M and some change based on some of the top builders out here that I work with. It would not be hard coming home to that property each night... major props on the driveway... pretty sharp looking.

That house is absolutely stunning and I am sure Coach can find something to fit his lifestyle here in the Tampa area.  How much time did he actually spend in the house?  Most coaches spend most of their time on campus or out on the recruiting trail.  Looking forward to seeing where we go from here.
