Texas also has much better recruits and is a solid #1 or at the least #2 program in their conference. They make more money than any other program in the country and they have their own ESPN network. He took over a program from a guy that won a national championship there. He is literally at one of the easiest places in the country to win at and he is failing.

 

Looks like our defending champ beat their defending champ this year.

I'll recap it for you.  Basically running wild on us.  We get within a score, and then a punt is blocked or something.  Safety, hamstring, INT, that's all folks.

I think we lose to Navy. I think we can beat Memphis. From what I've seen from Memphis, they have many flaws as well. We can still finish the season strong but I saw the conf title hopes die last night.

We can beat Navy and Memphis, but the D needs to be play better and get a few turnovers.  The D Line hasn't had a great year which puts pressure on our LBs to make plays and for the most part they've struggled.  I'm optimistic for some changes to take place so our D can be put in places to succeed.  6-2 is good.  7-1 would have been alot better.  Thats why many of us are disappointed.

Are those the same people saying losing to FSU in one quarter was the preseason?  LOL

I am still not sold that Temple doesn't lose one more game. UCONN matches up well with them. They have a decent defense. Our defense made Temple look better than they are. 

Next chance to "do something" meaningful is next week  we are still in it for the division.  

I think if we can win next week we run the table.  We still have something to play for.  Lose and SMU may be the only win  if we lose next week and since we are already bowl eligible there isn't much more to play for other than pride

Offense needs to shift into another gear use all pages and trick plays...if we can score 40+ a game these last games we might have a fighters chance to win 3 games.

30 isn't enough with this defense.
