What's his point? WE are an old conference USA team? So is Louisville, Cincinnati, and Houston... The records say this is one of our best teams ever. What did the '07 team accomplish again???

Some people need to humbly move on with their lives. It seems really classless to kick your Alma Mater when they lose a game on the road.

He feels the same way that many Bulls fans feel. We are in a crap conference that we should easily dominate...we are not. Nothing to see here, move on and hope the Bolts have a good year. Sad that we are in this position but we are.

He's right. How quick are to we to forget the past, the quality of our team and the competition we played. 

All this talk about how we should have been ranked this year. How the other teams in the top 25 aren't deserving. We couldn't/can't beat Ole Miss, even though our record is better. People were disrespecting WKU and how it was beneath us to even play them in a bowl. Then our great defense gets gashed, much like this year. I'm still pissed about that crap fest yesterday.

This is what gets me.  Why should USF be able to dominate the conference?  The other teams have Athletic Depts, coaches and players.  What is the inherent difference between USF and UCF?  Same number of students.  UCF has been playing football longer.  Budgets are probably close.  I just don't see why the F people on this board think there is something mystical about USF.  Never won anything.  Didn't UCF win a big bowl game a few years ago.  I just don't get it.  I don't.

Grothe needs to STFU, his time has come and gone and he too never delivered a conference championship. I think when he lost to to Kraigthorp's Louisville team Chad Barnhart did not send a discouraging message. He sounds like a jealous old man who time has passed by.

Grothe is right. This isn't controversial. I've said this all along with the threads talking about how this is the best team or offense ever because of some stats.

As our wise Raheem once said, stats are for losers.

I think you have to actually get big wins and put the program back on the map to even make a comparison. Mike Ford would probably have 200 yards against this defense. Ok, that was a stat lol...

They have a chance of being the best team ever if they #dosomething, but definitely not yet.
