Pause it at :25 and You try tell me thats a 4-2-5, laughable

That looks like a 3-4 on the particular play (which we know we don't have the personnel to play)

im not suggesting we played 4-2-5 every single play of the game. The fact that we continued to employ it when they were rushing for 10yds a carry is asinine.

its not arguable that we continued to play 4-2-5 in the face of overwhelming failure.

Joey Knight just tweeted that he asked Willie whether defensive problem is an alignment issue. The answer... "Absolutely. You're exactly right. Football 101."

So if he has known this all year... why haven't we changed it up???

Because we would eek it out sometime in the 2nd half and then pile on with some late scores.  In other words, we were winning.  I always felt the Navy game would be our doom.  I actually did think we could beat Temple though.

Woodie should have never been offered the DC job to begin with. he should have remained a position coach and someone else should have been brought in. I wonder if Leavitt would like another chance here as a DC

That's inexcusable!!! As the CEO (head coach) when you see an issue you demand a change.

CWT needs to take heat for this horrible defense also since he recruited them and made woodie the defensive coordinator.

What was Woodie coaching last year?

Should have hired a real DC even if from a FCS school that plays good defense

To be fair, it's clearly more than just an alignment issue. I mean sure if the guys are in the right positions, they still have to make the tackles and get off their blocks, which we've shown we can't do. They lack excitement out there. The guys aren't running around and flying to the ball. It's like they're doing a walkthrough before game day.

It 100% falls on the dcoordinator and cwt. Woodie needs to get his ass out of the box and onto the field. Our defense does not have a motivator from the top down. They look like they don't give a f
