Well for starters, we need to get double digit wins. 10-3 is what we need to ensure we are noticed. I think we can afford 9-4 if we beat FSU. Memphis showed last year that beating a nationally praised team will get you more attention than actually getting more conference wins (Temple). Finishing ranked is the main goal though, even if it is #25. Temple showed that last year, 10-3 was enough to get #24. Lets remember also that this team is heavy on the junior class. If we can get most of our guys to return, we can have a very special 2 year run. I think we can do better than the goal set, but any less than what I set would probably be considered somewhat of a failure this year

It wasn't a realistic suggestion, but we would obviously need to demand new leadership if those were the suggested replacement teams. Any alternative would be better than playing conference games vs UMass, Charlotte, Tulane, SMU, FIU, and FAU. No. It is not happening

The Big 12 commissioner said he's looking at schools that are growing like they are with high potential. I'd say it's on the current staff, coaches, programs and future plans more than the past.
