Doesn't look bad on paper, and I like he's already a known quantity to CWT. We'll see about the recruiting, but mentoring NFL talent is a big plus.

Hopefully we keep him. Not going based on anything, but anytime I get excited about a hire I'm always reminded things like when Telly left; We hired Autry Denson, and he left for Notre Dame right away or Robert Weiner who was employed with us all of a day.

All signs point to this being a fantastic hire. Don't know anything about his recruiting, but his previous work is **** impressive.

I would have loved to had McGeoghan back in the fold. If Taggart is comfortable with Weist, that works for me.
