You rock, man.  Thanks.  I watch old games all the time, sometimes with friends.  I have a horrible memory, so it is usually like a brand new game to me.  But my wife made me stop betting on them.  She said I lost too much money.

Are you the same guy that watched a John Wayne western 30 times?  He fell off his horse in the movie and you kept betting that it wouldn't happen again the next time you watched it?

George Bailey could have had made millions but turned it all down for something he could have still had with the money. Yes, the message of that flick was totally lost on me.

I am pretty sure that the message is whenever you want to accomplish something the G-d's interfere and take away your free will forcing you to ruin your life and accept the path they want for you.

I wouldn’t say I am afraid, it’s more of a cultural thing. Many of the people I type to do not spell it out for cultural or actual religious reasons and I too do not do it even if I do not find myself particularly religious.In case you are further interested.
