Lots of text to say nothing. Almost all of the information in that article is years old.

This quote is fun:

“I always said I wouldn’t leave WKU unless I had a chance to go and win a national championship,†Taggart told the crowd. “And I truly believe that can be done here.â€

Here is another quote I have to go along with that one from the personal development guru Jim Rohn:

"Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion."

Look at SMU. New coach, brings in and starts a bunch of local kids and has an phenomenal offense. That's what I expected. Disappointed is too mild a word.

I was envious, and scared, when SMU hired Chad Morris. Would have loved him at USF.
Or maybe Baylor defense is just bad like all big 12 teams.

21 - 14 in the first. Give me a break.

If you're watching this game, this is NOT anything like the SMU offense last year.  They are fairly impressive (caveat: Baylor's All American Oakmon is suspended, so that doesn't help Baylor).

I think Jeff realized he didn't run the article he wrote in February. Or March. Or April. Or may. Or June. Or july. Or August.

Wrong article for the day before season opener.

They are also playing Baylor and Baylors defense is horrendous. They do look a lot better than last year though.

Think of what Jeff could have been if his mentor would have been Greg

Are there people reading this that haven't seen this article 100x before?

Here's a good topic for your next piece, Tampa Bay Rays attendance.

This x100. Come on Jeff.

And here I thought JK was the scumbag and JO was the marvelous reporter that would soon be a star.

Imagine that, writers writing honest opinions instead of using unrealistic green and gold glasses.  What is the world coming to?

There's 'realistic', honest opinions, and then there's sensational, obvious digging. JK has crossed over to the latter a couple of times and I'd hate to see Odom start the same junk to bait readers.
