From what I've heard, very unreliable, this is going to effect his daily living much more than his career. Let's face it, he could play with his hand wrapped up like a club and he could play fine with minimal adjustments.

Very sad to hear, but fortunately I doubt it will impact his ability to make a lot of money playing football.

I'd imagine it will effect strength training.
